The Stoll Sport® exhaust system for the 2.5 TFSI EA855 EVO is a true marvel. The system is 100% Made in Germany. The two 76 millimetre flaps, which are also made in Germany, are the highlight of this system and ensure an incredibly large delta between closed and open flaps. The steel with the alloy 1.4301 is 100% rust-free and is also pickled after welding to avoid any attack surfaces for rust. The two pre-pipes with a diameter of 65 millimetres run through to the silencer. Two 54-millimetre pipes then lead out of this for the area without an exhaust flap and a 76-millimetre diameter with a flap. This pipe concept, together with the appropriate insulation, gives the system a truly unique sound character that cannot be found on the market.
The original flap actuator motors are used, an additional control unit is also not necessary. This means that flap controls from ASR, for example, can continue to be used as on the standard vehicle without any problems.

The system has ECE approval and is registration-free for a production vehicle. In addition, the exhaust system can be used for APR software (as soon as APR software is available) and all other combinations with APR. The corresponding certificates have been extended here to include the Stoll Sport® exhaust system.
